Students invest big bucks in higher education with the hopes of landing their dream jobs. But with degree(s) in hand, graduates have realized that it does not necessarily guarantee employment. Employing credentialed graduates also does not automatically mean that the needs of employers are being met. A recent report released by the Computing Technology Industry Association indicates that 93 percent of employers in the IT industry just couldn't find workers with the right skills. Who’s to blame for this skills–employment gap?
